New Happenings

Sorry again for the delay in submissions of journal entries. What can I say, work just keeps me busy and I don't think about blogs when I am home after 8-9 hours of work, sorry. But I am glad to every once in awhile give anyone willing a brief update on my life. I just realized that if I made more frequent entries they wouldn't be as long. Unfortunately, it's been about 3 weeks and I have had a lot happen. Let's journey all the way back to May 13th when I thought my car was going to cost around $2600 was a big mistake. I dropped more like $3000. I can't complain. I have a whole new brake system, new front axle, new carburetor, new oil pan, and the satisfaction that it runs everyday. Next, I took a little trip to Hastings, for graduation. Whose you ask? Well technically mine. It's a long story that I can tell on a client by client basis. I had a pretty good time. It was nice to see some hold faces and hang with some old friends at the old spots. I realized that I would probably never return to Hastings, and wasn't that upset by it. Sure, there are still a few straggling individuals who would be fun to see, but the pros/cons of the trip have shifted dramatically(basically that means I'm getting old and don't know anybody anymore). I am now in the process of working on the songs I need to know for my moonlighting career as a wedding singer(insert joke here). I'm also in the process of getting a lease together to move in with some buddies into a really really nice house. And, for really really really cheap rent according to Denver standards. The house is 10 minutes from work, 3 floors, 4/5 bedrooms 3 baths and the best part is. The two soon to be roomies want me to have the master bedroom. Who am I to tell them no? Exactly. So, basically what that means is you should now visit Denver more often than ever because I finally have my own place and we can stay up late and drink whenever and we could even do dirty things if you really wanted to...I haven't mud wrestled in a long time. I think that's about it for now. I could give you some more Bronco updates but I'm sure that topic has worn its welcome right out the door. Peace
